Illinois State University selects StatMonitr for 2011-2012 season

NORMAL, ILL. -- Illinois State University and StatBroadcast Systems reached an agreement today to use the StatMonitr media stats system for the 2011-2012 school year. The deal will provide Illinois State with a real-time stats feed of its home athletic events for use by media and staff throughout the year.

Illinois State is a public university located in Normal, Illinois and has an enrollment of 20,857. The Redbirds sponsor 19 varsity sports and compete in the Missouri Valley Conference and the Missouri Valley Football Conference (FCS). In the 23 years since they joined the MVC, the Redbirds have won 125 league titles between their 19 different sports.

ISU represents the fourth Missouri Valley Conference team to use StatBroadcast for its statistics services, joining Bradley, Creighton and Northern Iowa. The MVC conference is also a StatBroadcast partner for its mens and womens basketball tournaments.
